Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using JotJum, you agree to these Terms of Service.JotJum is operated by Teparit Limited, Bangkok, Thailand. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

JotJum is a personal note-taking application. It provides a private whiteboard where you can create sticky notes and draw on a freeform canvas. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or changed at any time.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use JotJum.
• One person may hold one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@jotjum.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use JotJum to:

• Store or transmit illegal content.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable Thai or international law.

5. Your content

You own the notes and content you create in JotJum. By using the service, you grant Teparit Limited a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your notes and will not share them with third parties.

6. Availability

We aim to keep JotJum available at all times but do not guarantee uptime. We may suspend or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide a way for you to export your data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teparit Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of JotJum. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero for free accounts).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
