Terms of Service

JotJum is a shared life board for notes, plans, memories, and other personal content you choose to keep together.

The service is provided as it is and may change, improve, or be updated over time.

• You are responsible for keeping your account access and credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use JotJum.
• You may not impersonate another person or use the service fraudulently.
• You may request account deletion by emailing hello@jotjum.com.

You agree not to use JotJum to:

• Store or share illegal content.
• Attempt to access another user's data.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

You keep ownership of the notes, photos, and other content you create in JotJum.

You give Teparit Limited a limited licence to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the service to you.

We aim to keep JotJum available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

We may suspend, update, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teparit Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of JotJum.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which may be zero for free accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that clearly violate these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We may update these terms from time to time and will update the effective date above when we do.

Continued use of JotJum after changes means you accept the revised terms.
