• Board content: notes, media, and other content you choose to place in JotJum.
• Preferences: settings like language, timezone, and display choices.
• Basic logs: request timestamps, IP address, and similar server logs used for security and debugging.

• To provide and operate the JotJum service.
• To sign you in securely and keep your account safe.
• To send essential service messages such as account or security notices.
• To diagnose bugs and improve the app.

We do not sell your personal data, rent your content, or share it for advertising.

We store data in a secured environment and use HTTPS to protect data in transit.

Secrets, tokens, and similar credentials are handled using standard security practices and are not stored in plain text.

Your account data and board content are kept while your account remains active.

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@jotjum.com. We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and make the app work properly.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Authentication is handled through Rooiam, operated by Teparit Limited.

We do not use ad networks, data brokers, or third-party analytics services to profile you.
